My name is Anthony and in April of 2020 I was in a non-fault accident that resulted in me needing neck surgery. Before this happened I knew nothing of insurance claims surgery recovery or how long these things take. Sometimes people get into accidents and lose limbs and because of other people's poor coverage or lack of coverage those people only get $25,000 to work with period. That's for medical bills and everything else. Luckily and responsibly the person that ran the red light and hit me had very good coverage, but that does not at all mean the insurance company is willing to pay out well because of that. You absolutely have to have somebody who knows everything about traffic laws insurance laws insurance claims how to work with the insurance companies and how to speed things up you would be surprised at how much money the insurance companies spend fighting cases to avoid payouts they will sometimes pay quadruple the the amount they're fighting in court costs just to avoid paying out on these claims so they can show their stockholders that they're being very strict and not loose with their money. I learned an absolute lot about how important it is not to get liability at $25,000. That for the cost of a latte a day you can have coverage up to $250,000. If you find yourself in this situation you need somebody who knows all these things and that somebody is not you. That somebody was not me either and if I went out this alone I'd still be going at it with probably no no end in sight. Instead I am the proud owner of just under $164,000. My accident date was April 20th 2020 and the settlement date the day I got my check was March 26th 2021. This is because I chose Siegfried and Jensen. My attorney Randy Payne, his brother Robert Payne and their paralegal Mindy Hayden were absolutely wonderful to me the entire time. Extremely patient and attentive in explaining everything thoroughly. Never did I feel pressured to do anything I didn't want to do or make any decisions I didn't feel comfortable with, they allowed me to pick the surgeon that I wanted after two consultations that they set up. I never once had to schedule an appointment make any phone calls talk to any insurance adjusters. I never had to do anything except go to my doctor's appointments and collect my check at the end. I would recommend Siegfried and Jensen to anybody that has been injured in an auto accident I hope this helps anybody searching for a good injury attorney
