Don't start out thinking you can handle it alone.I was hit by an underinsured out of state driver. I was left with a disabled car which then took me over a week to get a rental car. Even that was a fight. My husband and I got into an unfortunate car accident only three months into our marriage. We were both on our way to drop off dinner for a friend who just had knee surgery. We were at an intersection when our light turned green and a young women decided to speed and run a red light and hit us. I ended us being hospitalized for almost a week because of my injuries.
