I couldn't have navigated the process without the Siegfried & Jensen team; even finding the right treatment after my car accident (recommending I talk to the chiropractor I was seeing, who helped with some of the back pain, about an MRI, which revealed a tear in my shoulder - then they helped recommend a place for evaluation and physical therapy which made a world of difference). They were patient, and checked in on me throughout to make sure I was getting what I needed. Emma Downs, a paralegal there, was fantastic and completely on top of things from our first introduction! Rob Payne, one of their negotiators, was able to more than double the first settlement offer, that if left on my own I would have accepted! Every step of the way, from the initial call (and them sending someone to my home the same day), to the settlement was amazing. I honestly don't think I could have found the right care and navigated through this process without them.

Nikki was absolutely the best to work with. She was very helpful and responsive. Made me feel comfortable throughout this whole process. I would recommend these guys to everyone.
