Moab, UT (April 15, 2019) – A terrible accident took place on Monday, April 15 in the city of Moab. It affected a 16.3-mile trail that is popular with Jeeps and other off-road style vehicles and is part of the annual Easter Jeep Safari.
Grand County Search and Rescue along with emergency medical services attempted to respond to reports of a wrecked Jeep out on Golden Spike Trail but their efforts were superseded by Classic Air Medical who was able to extricate the victims and provide transport to a nearby medical facility. There is no further information on the condition of anyone who was involved in the accident.
Grand County Emergency Medical Services is urging people to please watch their video on staying safe for those who chose to participate in the Jeep Safari, as the Golden Spike Trail is listed as “extremely difficult to navigate.”
Our thoughts are with anyone who was injured during this event and we wish you a full and fast recovery.

Off-Road Vehicle Accidents in Moab

They can also leave you facing the very same, insurmountable financial obstacles as a traditional car accident.
