Moab, UT (March 23, 2019) – On Thursday, March 21, Lydia Foster from the reality show “Three Wives, One Husband” was involved in a head-on collision on US Highway 191 in Moab County.
According to Utah Highway Patrol, Foster was traveling along US Highway 191 when her vehicle was struck by a semi-truck. Foster sustained serious and life-threatening injuries, which ultimately led to the premature birth of her daughter, at only 23-weeks, who was stillborn.
She was airlifted to a hospital in Farmington, New Mexico for additional treatment and then later moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico.
